It is nice of them to tell us at what magnification it was photographed at, but it is not very useful. The images appear in different sizes on different monitors and thus actual magnification is different. Including a small ruler (perhaps when hovering over the image) would have been more difficult, but would have related the size of the grains with much greater fidelity.
